Your Questions, Answered

  • Each luxury picnic includes a styled tablescape, floor seating, table décor, candles, artificial floral accents, plates, utensils, customized easel, selfie stick, bluetooth speaker, bottled water with ice, setup, cleanup, games and more depending on your selected experience.

  • Picnics for 2–4 guests include up to 2 hours. Groups larger than 4 include a 4-hour experience.

  • Food is available as an add-on. Clients may also bring their own food and drinks.

  • Clients are welcome to provide their own location; however, all locations must be approved by The Picnic Fairy Seattle prior to booking to ensure permits are not required and there is accessible parking nearby for setup and breakdown. If needed, we’re happy to recommend beautiful picnic-friendly locations in the Seattle area.

  • Yes. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your event date and time. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to your scheduled picnic date. If your booking is made within the same week as your event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Due to the nature of outdoor events, The Picnic Fairy Seattle does not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations. In the event of rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions, clients may reschedule their picnic one time based on availability. We closely monitor weather conditions and will communicate any necessary changes prior to your event date.

  • We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and theme.

  • Luxury picnic experiences begin at $235 for 2 guests. Final pricing varies based on guest count, location, selected theme, and add-ons. Custom setups and premium upgrades are available for an additional cost.

  • All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. In the event you need to cancel, your payment may be applied toward one rescheduled date based on availability if notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to your event. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Yes! We can set up at approved private residences, backyards, Airbnbs, and outdoor venues with accessible setup space and parking.

  • At this time, The Picnic Fairy Seattle can accommodate luxury picnic experiences for up to 10 guests. For larger events or special requests, please contact us directly for availability and custom accommodations.

  • Clients are responsible for treating all picnic equipment, décor, and rental items with care during their experience. Please do not stand on tables, damage décor, or remove items from the setup area. Any excessive damage, missing items, or cleaning fees caused by negligence may result in additional charges. We kindly ask all guests to respect the picnic space so we can continue creating beautiful experiences for everyone.

At The Picnic Fairy Seattle, we believe life’s most beautiful moments deserve to be celebrated intentionally. What started as a creative outlet during one of the most challenging seasons of my life quickly turned into a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for others.

After experiencing postpartum depression, I found healing through creativity, beauty, and meaningful connection. Designing luxury picnics became more than décor — it became a way to bring joy, peace, and special memories to people celebrating love, friendship, birthdays, and life’s biggest moments.

Today, The Picnic Fairy Seattle specializes in curated luxury picnic experiences throughout the Seattle area, combining elegant styling, cozy details, and personalized touches to create moments you’ll never forget.
